Returns & Refund Policy for Customized Products

All products in our store are custom-made personalized items. To ensure a clear and fair shopping experience for all customers, we have formulated the following after-sales regulations.

1. No Returns for Color Difference Issues

Due to different monitor resolutions, lighting environments, and shooting angles, slight color differences between the online product pictures and the physical items are normal industry phenomena. Minor color variations that do not be supported for returns, refunds, or disputes. Materially affect the overall appearance of the product are not considered manufacturing defects. However, significant color deviations from an approved proof or confirmed design may qualify for review.

2. No Returns for Change of Mind

Because personalized products are made specifically for each customer and cannot be resold, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to a change of mind, personal preference, incorrect size selection, or other customer-related reasons, except where required by applicable law.

3. Free Replacement for Verified Quality Defects

“If we confirm that the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or materially different from the approved customization details, we will, at our discretion, provide a replacement, remake, partial refund, or full refund, as appropriate. We will cover reasonable shipping costs associated with an approved quality claim. If a replacement cannot be provided within a reasonable time, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

4. About Orders

Orders may be changed or canceled within 24 hours after placement, provided production has not started. Once production begins, the order cannot normally be changed or canceled.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all names, spelling, dates, sizes, colors, layouts, and other customization details before approving the proof. Once a proof is approved, errors contained in the approved proof generally do not qualify as manufacturing defects. If the finished product does not materially match the approved proof, we will provide an appropriate remedy.
